Something To Stand For

Mike Rowe's SOMETHING TO STAND FOR is coming to theaters this week! Join America’s favorite storyteller on an epic journey to the heart of Washington DC. Drawing from his blockbuster podcast “The Way I Heard It,” this cinematic tour de force will take viewers to the frontlines of the American Revolution, World War II, the Civil Rights movement, and more.

America is full of tales about patriots who risked everything to build our country. Join Mike Rowe as he journeys to the heart of these stories in his latest film, SOMETHING TO STAND FOR. In theaters nationwide June 27—July 4. Click here for tickets!

MY REVIEW: If you love History, and even if you don't, you will love this fascinating look at some of our American patriots. Mike Rowe has his own place in history as one of America's beloved storytellers, and he uses his talent to skillfully create tales of people who made their mark in the history of the United States of America. Even the stories I knew were told in a fresh style, and with Rowe's heartwarming touches of humor. Those I didn't know gave me an appreciation for people who made an impact on the lives of many...and the desire to know more. I truly hope this is only Part 1 of a series on American Patriots.
